22 Day Challenge

22 Days of Push-ups and Squats

I was nominated to do a #22for22challenge

For 22 days, we raised awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.

The rules were simple:

*Once you are nominated your 22 days start the following day.

*You record yourself doing 22 push-ups or 22 squats every day even if you have to drop to your knees to get 22.

*You are welcome to join the challenge without being nominated copy and paste this message.

*Every day you get to nominate a different person! Let’s get it going.

Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you. Remember it takes 21 days to create a new habit.
